Being really huge, the expansive residence stands proudly in suburban landscape of north Toronto. This house was constructed by a Santa-Monica – based architecture company, Belzberf Architects, which is known for its ground-breaking works in contemporary architecture.

The overall design of the residence is divided into several sectors, offering both privacy and very large socializing areas. The interior of the house is very modern, with few striking rustic details, such as a grand wooden staircase, which unites the different levels of the house. The decor in the house emphasizes the exterior landscape, with lots of woodwork furnishing. Due to thorough glazing of the house, the amazing outdoors is always visible to the residents.

As you can see, the conversation between the indoors and outdoors is flowing effortlessly, as wanted by the client. The external space of the garden has been craftily landscaped to surround the house and to offer its rich green beauty to the dwellers of the house. This garden also serves as a privacy factor, while still beautifying the space.

It is especially pleasant to the eye, to note that gray concrete architectural cubes contrasting well against the rich greenery of the lawn and the surrounding garden. Among other outdoor features are the large swimming pool and the adjacent poolside area, on one of the terraces. The poolside terrace also provides additional space for relaxation. This residence is huge, offering the dwellers 10, 000 square feet of livable space.
