Maximo Riera is a Spanish artist who has a 30 year-old experience in sculpture, painting, photography, and even poetry. Creating this fascinating Octopus chair Maximo Riera wanted it to be both functional and alive.

Octopus Chair will be included in Maximo Riera‘s exclusive collection of chairs made in animal theme just like this creation. Stylish, live and luxurious such furniture piece would really bring in some style to a bald interior design.

The Octopus Chair was created with the help of computer software and JH May, English manufacturing company which has Chanel, Nike and Ferrari among her clients. The octopus body was cut out of foam blocks, each section is exclusive signed and dated. The lively design makes octopus look alive as its tentacles are curved as if captured in motion.
