Designing an apartment in Spain Egue & Seta created a pair of incredible living partitions to divide different areas. The partitions are made of framed glass boxes that enclose the bamboo plants and still allow the light travel through making for both private and airy feel.

The first partition that we see is the one that creates a communication area out of the kitchen. Egue & Seta introduced a glass box partition filled with greenery right after the cabinetry ends and the space proceeds to the hallway but it does not quite divide space but rather creates a feeling of privacy and intimacy while being in the kitchen.

By the way the kitchen that features an interesting patterned floor also has a long wooden table bringing together the cooking and dining areas.

The second living partition separates the bathroom and bedroom. On one side of the partition there is a double bed and a balcony entry while on the other there is a shower, and a unit with two sinks and towel shelves.

Green partitions and dividers are a great green way to make spaces in the house. There are screens that double as trellises as well as planters to help keep the partitions green and beautiful.

These particular dividers are built as walls but thanks to glass they create a more open space between the room wihout compromising privacy. It’s also a great way to break bigger rooms and make them more intimate as in case with this kitchen.

The interior design of this home also invites the greenery. The wooden beams that cover the ceiling make for warm aesthetic that goes well with the green decorations. What do you think about these living partitions?
