Hilary Duff has put her Toluca Lake house for sale for $6.25 million. The 9,277 square foot property is located in the San Fernando Valley. The Lizzie McGuire star has bought the house while at the peak of her teen fame. The house boasts 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms as well as a cognac room, a billiard room, a gift wrapping room, a wardrobe room and a game room.

The house is decorated in Mediterranean style with antique French oak floors and wooden vaulted ceilings with the beams. The textured exterior features characteristic arches and warm wooden doors and windows. The two story house has a gated yard with a pool and a patio. The decorative shrubs give the house more view and privacy.

The master bathroom has heated floors and Murano lighting. The bedroom features the glazed walls with frames and a fireplace. The living room also features a fireplace and glazed walls.

Hilary Duff’s Toluca Lake house is cozy and luxurious at the same time. The decor is warm and yet quite classic Mediterranean with pops of gadgetry here and there.
