Alicia Keys Lists 5.4 Acre Mansion in New Jersey
Alicia Keys and husband Swizz Beatz are selling their 5.4 acre Jersey mansion they bought five years ago from Eddie Murphy in favor of an even bigger house. The 25,000-square-foot property bears a price tag of $14.9 million, as opposed to its price of $10.4 million in 2010.

With a total of 32 rooms the mansion boasts 8 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, an indoor pool, a bowling alley, a movie theater, a 5-car garage, a recording studio, and 2 elevators. The house features a traditional brick exterior with white windows and shutters and a more glamorous carport supported by round Roman columns and railing.
The interior is as luxurious as a 25,000-square-foot $14.9 million mansion sounds. A gourmet kitchen is a real treat for someone who loves cooking and at least three eating areas in the house are clearly made to match it. There is a massive kitchen counter with numerous chairs, a sunroom dining area, and a gorgeous Gothic dining room that doubles as art gallery.
Speaking of art, it takes a lot of space in the celebrity couple’s home. The marble entry and a staircase are decorated with framed artworks and a living room has a huge Snoopy illustration on the wall.
The outdoor territory is pleasasntly green, neat and formal. There’s a big green lawn and cropped bushes and tall trees. The seating areas are minimalistic and only include a couple chaise longues, benches, and hammocks on stands. Who do you think should buy this mansion?
