Matthew Perry’s Malibu House for Sale

Matthew Perry puts his Malibu house on sale. Known as The Pier House the luxurious abode boasts 5,500 sq ft and an ocean view. The house features four bedrooms and six bathrooms located on the two stories. There is also a family room and a heated swimming pool that faces the ocean. The house also enjoys gated community with an around the clock security.

The house features also include a garage access, home office, cooling, den, dining and living rooms. The architecture is modern and interesting. The first level is glazed at the side facing the ocean to provide panoramic water views. The surroundings are covered in greenery, lawns and trees.

The Pier House also has a screening room with soft furniture and a king-size bed, a private spa, an outdoor lounging area and a lounge area set around a stone fire pit. The dinning room has a breakfast area and a breakfast counter/bar. The kitchen feature pantry while the bathroom boasts a powder room.
