Actor Gérard Depardieu put his Parisian mansion on the market for 50 million Euros. A beautiful private estate boasts 1800 m² – 19 370 sq. ft., with 10 bedrooms, a swimming-pool, a terrace, a balcony, and an elevator. The house of 20 rooms includes a Historical Monument, the Hotel de Chambon of 19th century. The beautiful mansion is completed with the garden and terraces.

The estate is truly beautiful and luxurious. The living space is huge and features interesting interior architecture with the perforated panels in the ceiling and paneled exterior, with big skylights and stone floors. It’s divided into zones that include a dining area with a statement table and wooden chairs, kitchen with two bar couters and metal bar stools and a luxurious living area.

The indoor swimming pool is finished with mosaic stone tile and built-in lighting. The bedrooms are finished with wooden flooring and multiple glass entrances to the green garden with the colorful trees and spherical bushes.

The garden terrace features glass floors that can also be seen indoors. They echo the window framing and the skylight designs. The house also features small round and big arched windows.

It was also renovated with quality materials. While the exterior is classic, the interior is designed in a mix of modern and traditional styles. Designed in white color scheme the interior features black and brown finishes as well as natural wood.

The decor includes beautiful statues and furniture. One of the eye catching elements of it, though, a decorative staircase with a perforated rail design. The glass doors that lead outdoors are decorated with the painted pictures.
