Cardboard is a great eco-friendly material that can be used not only for packaging but for many other purposes. The designers used cardboard not only in producing small objects like bowls and clocks but also for making furniture, and whole systems like office pods and cafes.

Eyktir is a time measurement that was used in Iceland during the old days. 8 eyktir equals 24 hours as one of them includes around three hours. The clock was designed to give time less boundaries as nowadays’ hectic schedules provoke stress and pressure.

Karton created another great design and it’s a bed that is not only made of recyclable cardboard but can also expand to fit 10 people and support a one ton of weight. The ambitious bed also provides with storage boxes. It costs $328.
