Donald Trump’s First Mansion Is On The Market But He’s Got More
Donald Trump is a man of many excesses and when it comes to property it is no exception. There are multiple business towers that bear Trump’s name and then there are residential ones. This 20,000 square-foot palace (45 rooms) on a private peninsula, no less, was bought by the businessman back in 1982 and lost in a divorce and then sold for $15 million. Today the property with a lush carpeted staircase and a home theater in Greenwich, Connecticut is awaiting its new owner with a $54 million price tag.
In addition to an oppulent design and interior decoration the house includes a guest house, a tennis court, a bowling alley, and indoor pools. Although Huggington Post claims that the house looked even more opulent back when the couple lived there.

Of course, beside this house that’s been long out of Trump’s care there’s been a long trail of estates and even apartments that were scattered from Palm Beach, Florida to New York to Virginia.
