Rojkind Arquitectos High Park In Mexico

Rojkind Arquitectos “High Park” is a rather interesting project that will be constructed outside Monterrey in Mexico. The residential building High Park has a specific design that has shifted blocks that create shadow essential for hot climate of the location.

The four underground floors of the High Park will be used for parking. Two ground floors will be used for shops and stores. The rest eight floors will be residential. High Park roof will be allotted for private lawns, restaurant and swimming pools. Six local designers will create interior designs of all 32 apartments in High Park.

High Park will also boast such recreational facilities as gym and spa. The premises range from 250 m2 to 650 m2 in size. The project looks promising and will start construction this summer.
