We love penthouses. And there are numerous of those in New York, which we simply couldn’t cover in our other post about penthouses. This time around we are about to show you the luxurious apartments in various neighbourhoods of New York that are simply too gorgeous to ignore.

Boasting five storeys this 11,000 square foot penthouse in Tribeca includes three terraces, a roof garden, rooftop home gym, private elevator, and a 1,000 bottle wine cellar. Inside the townhouse-style apartment there is a full master suite with a fireplace, a sky lit walk-in closet, and a separate Jacuzzi room.
The interior is designed in modern style and well-lit thanks to big windows. The spiral staircase provides access to other storeys while the house features several sitting areas including the one at the fireplace.

The rooftop garden is often a privellege of the penthouse homes since they have a roof access and can come with a ready garden or it could be created by residents themselves. This Chelsea penthouse features 1,600 square feet of greenery intertwining with the columns, stairs and other stuctural elements.

The apartment was once listed for as much as $25 million. The interior also includes a glazed elevator and a three storey staircase. The white walls are complemented with light wooden floors and contrasted with dark window frames.

Another Tribeca duplex penthouse with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms was listed at $22 million. The 4,613-square foot property is a condo type with a fireplace, garage, private storage, private outdoor area, lap swimming pool and water view.
The interior is a neutral mix of classic and modern styles with a loft library in the main living area. The neutral color scheme is contrasted with dark wood floors and some dark furnishings.

This penthouse in Mahanttan that was priced at $23,750,000 features 360-degree views of the park and sky. The 5,000 square foot penthouse condo features 5 bedroom, f5.5 bath and a chef’s kitchen.
Designed in modern style the interior features a monochrome color scheme enhanced with various artworks. The penthouse features an amazing free-standing fireplace, wine display storage and a library.
Penthouse in Chelsea
Located in Chelsea, this 3.598 square foot penthouse has 3 bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a 1,350 square foot terrace. Priced at $13 million the apartment features light walls, wooden floors, and a stone-clad bathroom.
The kitchen has an interesting design with cabinetry skirting the wall and a small free-standing eating area. The terrace is enhanced with numerous planter pots with greenery and flowers and also sitting areas.

Sitting atop a 1905 Merchant’s House the house is provided with a private garage and private storage plus to other amenities. The white interior is contrasted with dark wooden floors and the dining room that stands at the garden access is spruced up with bright pink chairs.
Penthouse in Manhattan
The Broadway Penthouse in Manhattan was designed by Joel Sanders Architect. The amazing interior design features glass dividers spruced up with greenery and wooden finishes that together make for a very luxurious and yet cozy look. There is even exposed brick in the design which is widely finished with glass to allow as much light in as possible.
The above the roof structure is small and only provides access to the roof terrace/garden which is finished with wooden planks and furnished with chaise longue/lounge chair. The terrace is partially covered in plants that make for amazing outdoor lounge area.

This amazing penthouse in Trump World Tower in Manhattan is simply luxurious. Featuring a monochrome color scheme spruced up with bright pop art works the 2,871 square foot apartment offers 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
Dark wood finishes contrast with white walls and black frames while the kitchen features dark floors and pale gray marble countertops. The sitting areas are decorated with jewel-toned furnishings against dark walls and light carpeting.
