Small Loft In London

This loft in London designed by Craft Design features only 56 square meters of space. The small abode that had to be converted into living space with all the necessary rooms and amenities turned out simply great. Thanks to clever layout the loft has a bedroom, living area, working area, and storage.

Small London Loft

The white loft is divided into two areas one of which is a kitchen and dining and the other is a living room. The divider wall is acruatlly a furnishing piece that includes storage and a bedroom at the top of it together with a small home office. The access to the bedroom is cleverly built into the bookcase wall. Amazing!

The use of wall space is utterly practical. from one side the wall is equipped with a kitchen while on the other side of the divider the wall is a bookcase with an integrated staircase.

The floors are clad in natural wood and act as a nice contrast with the white walls. The backsplash in the kitchen is made in black glossy material, which also contrasts greatly with the major color scheme.

A slightly vaulted ceiling is enhanced with skylights for more natural light in the whole apartment since it’s quite small and the divider makes zones look a bit boxy.

The design solutions in this small London loft are just clever, as we stated on several occasions. The disguised staircase, the storage-friendly divider, and skylights show that all the necessities were considered for comfortable living.

Again a small apartment doesn’t have to be crammed and overloaded. Here we see airy spaces, light-filled rooms. and convenient layout.
