You need some place where you can come at any free minute and devote all thoughts to yourself. You need a yoga room at home. In case if you haven’t got spare rooms, you can design a special nook for yoga and meditation. This place will be associated only with concentration and peace. It is important for the sake of a successful practice. What kind of things you should bring to this place? And what things are not necessary at all?

Balanced Color

The interior colors should be very calm and light, without any bright and big patterns or drawings. Nothing should distract you from the practice. Ideally, walls and floors should covered with wood or laminate. It is also a good idea to have a window to provide more natural light. Remember to keep this window clean and tidy. It is advised to put several light sources around the room.

Air Conditioning

It is believed that the way to clean the soul is through a clean body. So, air conditioning or another kind of room ventilation should be organized. If you are fond of certain scents, place candles or scented oils in a yoga room.

Make sure that all your yoga equipment has enough space. Yoga mat, special bench, belt and other accessories should be easy to reach without interrupting your practice. Also make sure, that the room has good heating. Cold air can cause a bad cold or sprain.

    the layout of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got too say.
    But maybe you could a little more in the way of
    content sso people could connect woth it better.
    Youvge got an awful lot of text for only having one or 2 pictures.
    Maybe you could space it out better?
