Lean Tables by Coordination
Natural wood finish doesn't necessarily dictate the traditional shapes and design. Coordination design studio has created a very interesting set of tables called Lean with tabletops made of hexagons that can be combined in various shapes.
Coordination design studio has created the interesting Lean Tables. Made of locally sourced solid oak the tables look unusual due to the design. The two tables each made of hexagonal pieces can be combined together into various shapes thanks to their design.
The Designers from Coordination got inspired by traditional craftsmanship and created the Lean Tables as a result. By using a wedge, legs and a hexagonal boards from local oak form structural entities. At least three units join to become a table. For structural reasons the legs are slanted and as a result the single pieces seem to lean against each other. The shape is contemporary yet individual. The natural material complements many interior styles. The table is available in two different sizes to allow playful combinations.
Such tables look interesting and can be transformed into something new each time or two can be used separately. The interesting tabletop makes for an eye catchy silhouette. The tables come in natural light wood finish in beautiful and fresh design.
