Fabrica Glass Collection For Secondome 2012
Glass Collection for Secondome 2012 by Fabrica is a collection of unconvetional glassware. Each design has its own concept and inspiration as well as the creator. The Glass Collection was designed for Secondome 2012 gallery to be exhibited in Salone del Mobile 2012 in Milan.
Fabrica Creative Glass Collection:
Uplifting Spirits is inspired by the ritual of drinking together. The set of carafes design by Dean Brown are filled with wine, oil, and Balsamic vinegar.
Flood is two house-shaped vases designed by David Raffoul. The design was inspired by two houses that were flooded during storm and a flower that grew inside each house and out of their chimneys.
Necklaces by Catarina Carreiras is a set of two or three vases connected with each other and suspended on a gold chain.
Uccia, Ina designed by Valentina Carretta are two carafes that were inspired by traditional kitchenware like oil containers and coffee pots.
Vessel 1 by Kirsty Minns is a vase inspired by scinetific instruments of the nineteenth century consisting of a smaller vase connected to the main vase and a candleholder.
Vasone by Giorgia Zanellato is a complex vase made of three parts, one of which was sand-blasted to give it a different opaque texture.
Triangoli inspired by various geometric shapes and perspectives was designed by Mariana Fernandes.
