Hallway Organization Tips

The key to effectively organized hallway is the right furniture. It should fir the size of the hallway without taking up too much space while providing enough storage space and other necessary functions.

Hallway can be a tricky space to organize especially if it’s too small. To maximize space in the hallway make sure it isn’t cluttered with unnecessary things. After the clear out divide the space into zones. This step will help decide where to put a hall bench, where goes the mirror and the coat rack.

Wall Mounted Shelves/Cabinets

Wall-mounted cabinets look modern and are a good solution for both big and small hallways. The space under them can be used for storing shoes in baskets or a shoe rack or other things.

Coat/Hat Rack

Coat or hat rack will keep the outerwear and accessories in order. The wall-mounted coat racks can also come with built-in hall bench and cabinets. These are great as they make organization much easier providing space for everything.

Hall bench with storage space is a great multifunctional furniture item. It is another way of having additional storage space in a hallway.
