Share |

This Greenwich Street Project apartment is located at the crossroads of Soho, Tribeca and the Hudson River Park, and features two bedrooms and a home office that can be used as another bedroom as well as three bathrooms. Featuring various amenities that include a current swimming pool and sauna and gym the apartment boasts huge windows that open to the city views and a sculptural column in the living room.

The now sold $4 million property features a white interior spruced up with bold furniture pieces and a wall-sized mirror that visually enhances the space significantly. The dark wood floors contrast with the airy space while other furnishings tie it all in together.

A surprisingly small kitchen is filled with cabinets that occupy all of the spare space above the fridge and the sink. In comparison with the rest of the apartment it looks too practical and plain.

The bedroom looks quite spacious though and features mirrors and reflective furnishings to enhance the effect. The master bedroom has a big balcony while there is also a Juliette balcony off the living room.

The bathroom is more like a kitchen. The tiled surfaces add practicality to it while the space allows for both bathtub and a glass shower enclosure in one room.

The most impressive element of the interior of course is the sculptural column. It adds a special touch to the space while the bright punchy accents emphasize it. Of course the kitchen and bathroom will probably be personalized but we would love ourselves this living room, with the grand piano.

The large mirror in the living room adds to the open plan creating an effect of a generally bigger house. The sculpture visually divides the living room and the dining area which is adjacent to the kitchen counter that can serve as a breakfast area.
