Looks like a house tree, except it is underground and all real, the Woodland home is created by eco-friendly family and its friends. The house is literally carved into a hill, and all amazingly crafted after the renowned hobbit homes, from Shire. Inspired by a love for nature, and perhaps Lord of The Rings movie trilogy, the family has done an amazing renovation job.

This amazing house is located in Wales. The family has achieved this projected by using the available by nature items, such as oak logs, and mostly DIY materials. One of the features of the house, is that not only single family worked on that, but also all passersby, that wanted to help. It took about 4 months to built the house.

It is ultimately the eco-sound house, as even the mud and dirt were used in retaining the walls and foundation. How cool is that?! The roof allows natural light and saves the electricity, the lime instead of cement is covering its walls. The energy used in this house is predominantly solar. And when it rains, the water is collected for the garden below. Nothing gets wasted, every single bit is used functionally.
