Pharrell Williams Puts Amazing $16.8 Million Miami Penthouse For Sale

Rapper and producer Pharrell Williams put his amazing $16.8-million Miami penthouse for sale. A modern luxury abode boasts 9,000-square feet and life-size posters of Family Guy characters. The famous artist described his house, which according to Miami Real Estate, had multiple water leaks, as a ‘fishbowl with a limo tint’ that opens up the views of the ocean and the world outside meanwhile hiding the residents from the prying eyes.

Perched on the 40th floor the penthouse offers 360-degree views of the bay, city, and ocean. The house that was built in 1993 has five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a a three level living room, home theater and a swimming with an outdoor terrace. Other amenities include a garage that can house four cars and community tennis courts.

The views that open up from the house’s terrace and also living, dining, kitchen, bedroom and even bathroom are amazing ocean views and the cityscapes. The swimming pool is built on the level with terrace with wooden beams and greenery hiding it from direct sunlight.

Finishes are luxurious. The bathroom is made entirely out of marble while the kitchen features granite countertops. The swimming pool and terrace flower beds are made of stone tiles. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide the interior with the natural light and beautiful views.

The house pictures feature the red Perspective chair that Pharell designed in collaboration with Domeau & Pérès along with other furniture items in four different colors featuring male and female-shaped legs back in 2008.

I had often wondered what it’s like to truly be in love,not lust for once..So I decided not to ask what it was like in someone else’s shoes or what it was like to sit in their seat..I decided to sketch out my own experiment; the perspective chair.
