There are two types of wall-sized boards: the black one on which you can draw/write with chalk and the white one on which you can draw/write with markers. Chalkboards are a little messy but they look very stylish while white boards are easy to use but may look quite boring.

There are also two ways to turn your walls into a school board. You can cover it with special paint or you can use a special tape that sticks to the wall. Both are relevant to chalk and white boards. You just have to sand a wall until it’s relatively smooth, and fill and sand any major wall imperfections. There are just two colors of the chalk boards: black and green. And white board offers a wide pallet of colors.

There are a lot of surfaces where you can apply this paint. Besides drawing pictures and graphs, these boards are used a lot in a kitchen for to-buy-lists or messages to other inhabitants. Hostels with common kitchen mark the doors of a kitchen set with the names of the drawers’ content. There are a lot of cafes that have their menu written on the wall-sized boards. Also you can use those for keeping in mind a schedule of your children. Or maybe you will want to organize them a board-table. However you will use them, writing and drawing on the walls will bring additional doze of fun and joy into your life.
