Small Scandinavian-Style Apartment in Sweden

Small apartments require careful and smart planning while Scandinavian style is perfect for small spaces. This Gothenburg dwelling was designed with both in mind. The designer Alvhem considered the open plan of the apartment and made sure to implement some necessary privacy solutions like a halfwall that separates the bed from the living space.

The entire apartment is done in light-reflecting white while the decor is functional, modern, but minimalistic. Only the kitchen features blue wallpaper that echoes the backsplash and blue sky that is seen from the balcony to which the kitchen opens up to with help of a double door.

The little decor we can see in the bedroom/living room comes in monochromatic tones while the walls are slightly decorated with some framed pictures and a small tiered shelf near the bed. We can see a similar one in a small closet that doubles as a home office. Amazing use of space and style in this small apartment makes for a comfortable modern home.
