Designed by Oneto/Sousa Arquitectura this airy minimalist loft apartment features a spacious bedroom, a compact bathroom, a living space with adjointed dining area and a tiny cubic kitchen. The kitchen island stands against the wall while the rest of it is hidden in storage near the stairs. The minimalist design and big windows make the white interior look airy.
58 square meters
A modern 58 square meter loft designed by Grupo Promart is a stunning compact dwelling with a loft bed, living dining area and a kitchen sort of divided from the LD by spiral staircase that leads to the bedroom. The bathroom is located behind the kitchen near the entrance. The white interior design with pops of orange contrasts with dark wood floors.
67 square meters
This modern stylish loft was designed by CREA Projects. There is a living area divided by an open shelf bookcase from a dining kitchen which shares the wall with open loft bedroom that sits atop the bathroom. The kitchen, bedroom, dining area have a more industrial look with exposed brick and metal pipes while the living area is more modern made entirely in white color scheme with pops of black, orange and natural wood.

The complex architecture makes for an interesting inteiror design with partly exposed brick and rounded windows. The slanted ceiling makes the apartment look smaller but the designers managed to use every inch of space very efficiently.
