Designed by Shiflet Group Architects, a $22.5 million Castle in the Woods is a 16,722 square foot estate featuring 7 bedrooms looks like a fairy-tale home. Located in Texas this stone and wood luxury house was completed in the period of five years and features Moorish Design. The house is finished with a clay flat tile roof, hand glazed plaster walls, Zeluck custom mahogany windows designed in lancet style, exotic wood floors, designer carpets, mahogany and cherry custom cabinetry, and iron railings crafted by artists.

The house features a huge fireplace, a library styled as a chapel and a safe storage room. Also including a formal dining room the house boasts a 1,500 bottle wine cellar plus a bar.

The master suite is complete with the salon, spa, two closets, wet bar, a reading nook, and a patio with a private hot tub. The kitchen is finished with the wood and stone coutertops as well as equipped with the latest appliances. There are also a state-of-art media room, a game room and two private executive offices.

The Castle also features a commercial size generator to provide an estate with electricity at all times as well as coach house, a 4,000 square foot gym, an infinity pool with a commercial spa, a private cabbana, shower, bathroom and a wet bar. The main patio has an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace.

The interior is designed in earthy colors and luxury woods like mahogany. The ceilings feature wooden beams and floors are finished in wood and stone tiles. The sand yellow walls feature arches and columns.

The luxury estate is listed at Sotheby’s for $10,900,000. Surrounded by the trees and green lawns the house features English gardens, a five pus car garage, a guest house, granite and marble countertops, a private elevator, and golf view.
