Chocolate Factory in New York to Become Luxury Housing

Share |

This spacious chocolate factory is about to be turned into luxury housing with 1 to 4 bedroom condominiums being offered from $2.5 million. The project by DDG Partners is to open for occupancy in 2016 and right now the condos are on sale to the prospective tenants.

The new look of the former factory includes not only the exterior and public places but also amazing interior designs that make for a truly luxury look. The condos range from 1,055 to 4,837 square feet and its rooms are spacious and light thanks to big windows that overlook a courtyard with an open fitness room and a garden.

There many great ideas floating around these unique interiors. We love the spacious kitchen that minimizes cabinets and maximizes space around the big kitchen island. The wall niches serve as shelves in both bathrooms and living rooms. The feature walls accentuate the classy modern color schemes. And the details stand out just as much as they need to without breaking the flow of these neutral interiors.
