Taylor Swift’s New $3.5 Million Home?

According to some reports Taylor Swift is close to buying her new $3.5 million home in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. The country singer was reportedly looking for a ‘small, charming and very secluded’ in Beverly Hills. Taylor Swift’s new $3.5 million home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms with a king-size baldachin bed in a master bedroom. The interior design is made in cream and red color scheme featuring floral wall coverings in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

In traditional but opulent style Taylor Swift’s new $3.5 million home also boasts a spacious kitchen and extensive library. The house locates on 1.5 acres of land and has plenty of outdoor space to provide tennis court and patio with eating area and fire place.

The $3.5 million mansion was reportedly considered for purchase so that Swift didn’t have to stay at hotels while she’s in LA. Considering how spacious it is there is plenty of room for guests as well. The mansion looks pretty conservative yet a bit romantic especially from the outside featuring a tiny balcony under the roof.
