Miley Cyrus $3.9 Million California Mansion

Miley Cyrus has bought a new California Mansion in Studio City for $3.9 million after her recent split. Miley Cyrus‘ mansion was built in 1952 and boasts five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a gym, a saltwater pool, a spa, and a professional kitchen. Cyrus has already moved in and redecorated the place in her own style, described by an insider as “very funky”.

The interior of the mansion must look otherwise now that it’s been redecorated but the layout must have stayed the same. The glass walls and doors let in the views of the outdoor greenery landscapes. The house is spacious and each room has plenty of space too. The open layout allows the natural lighting and beautiful views in.

Miley Cyrus’ new 5173-square-foot mansion is said to be a great hideaway for celebrities as it is surrounded by a wall and located on a hill offering panoramic views of L.A. basin. The real estate booklet also said the house had wonderful canyon view. The outdoor area features a huge patio with a large swimming pool and apparently a hot tub surrounded by green lawns and sky-high trees.The house also boasts ten parking spots.

Miley Cyrus’ $3.4 million Toluca Lake house is not yet for sale though. The Spanish style four-bedroom estate that was bought by a star when she was 17 was redecorated by her mother Leticia and featured a court, a swimming pool and jacuzzi, as a home recording studio.
